How to Glocalmeet – Free Conference Calling at Its Best

Glocalmeet is easy, and after signing up you’ll be making free conference calls in minutes. How does it work?

1. Sign up by providing us with your email address and password. You’ll receive your host PIN code and access number via email straight away.
2. Use our Schedule Page to choose the date and time of your conference, and enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite. We’ll send them a message with everything they need to know, including a participant PIN and conference dial-in number.
3. At the agreed time, call into the conference using your host PIN and the access number provided. If you’re on your PC, you can use our real-time call management app to monitor participants and record your call. Just sign in to your account before you start the conference.

The service is free: with Glocalmeet you only pay the call charges of your telecoms service provider. Conference calls will appear on your phone bill like any other call. There are no accounts, no top-ups, no hidden charges and no system access fees. If we have a local access number in your country, dialling in is the same price as a local call from your mobile or landline. Don’t be fooled by “free” conferencing services using 0844 or 0845 numbers. These can cost you up to 25p/minute.

Glocalmeet customers receive our service free of charge. You only pay the regular local or long distance calling charges levied by your landline or mobile carrier, usually no more than a few pence per minute.
