Glocal Meet may change or modify the Terms from time-to-time without notice other than posting the amended Terms on the Site. The amended Terms will automatically be effective when posted on our Site. Your continued use of our Site after any changes in these Terms shall constitute your consent to such changes. Glocal Meet reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any portion thereof), including any and all content contained on the Site, at any time without notice. You agree that Glocal Meet shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Site (or any portion thereof)

4. REGISTRATION, PASSWORD AND SECURITY.

Whenever you provide us information on our Site, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information and (b) maintain and promptly update such information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the information is, untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Glocal Meet may without notice suspend or terminate your access to our Site and refuse any and all current or future use of our Site (or any portion thereof).

If any portion of our Site requires you to register or open an account you may also be asked to choose a password and a user name. Please select a password that would not be obvious to someone trying to guess your password, and change it regularly as an added precaution. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account identification. You agree to immediately notify Glocal Meet of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. Glocal Meet reserves the right to take any and all action, as it deems necessary or reasonable, to ensure the security of the Sites and your account, including without limitation terminating your account, changing your password, or requesting additional information to authorize transactions on your account. Notwithstanding the above, Glocal Meet may rely on the authority of anyone accessing your account or using your password and in no event and under no circumstances shall Glocal Meet be held liable to you for any liabilities or damages resulting from or arising out of (i) any action or inaction of Glocal Meet under this provision, (ii) any compromise of the confidentiality of your account or password and (iii) any unauthorized access to your account or use of your password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

The security of your personally identifying information is important to us. While there is no such thing as "perfect security" on the Internet, we will take reasonable steps to help ensure the safety of your personally identifying information. However, you understand and agree that such steps do not guarantee that use of the Site is invulnerable to all security breaches, and that Glocal Meet makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation that use of any of our Site is protected from viruses, security threats or other vulnerabilities.

5. PRIVACY POLICY.

Please view our Privacy Policy, which explains Glocal Meet?s practices relating to the collection and use of your information through or in connection with our Site. Glocal Meet?s use of your information is governed at all times by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You understand that through your use of the Site you consent to the collection and use of this information (as set forth in the Privacy Policy).

6. TRADEMARKS AND SERVICE MARKS.

Trademarks that are used or displayed on the Sites are owned by Glocal Meet’s Intellectual Property or by third parties other than Glocal Meet that offer and provide products and services on or through the Sites. The trademarks of Glocal Meet’s Intellectual Property may not be copied or used, in whole, partial or modified form, without the prior written permission of Glocal Meet’s Intellectual Property.

7. ONLINE ORDERS.

In order to protect Glocal Meet and its customers from fraudulent activity, we may implement reasonable procedures regarding any online orders including but not limited to validating information provided or limiting the amount of equipment (e.g. wireless phones) and/or services that may be ordered online by a single individual or entity. Glocal Meet reserves the right to further limit quantities or to cancel or reject orders in its sole discretion. Glocal accounts top up amounts expires within 60 days from the date of top up. All UK based Customers pay VAT (Value Added Tax).

8. JURISDICTIONAL RESTRICTIONS.

If you are residing in a jurisdiction where it is prohibited by law to offer or use Internet Telephony, you may not enter into this Agreement.

9. RATES, CHARGES AND REFUND.

Rounding up & Billing Increment: One minute.

Fractions of a minute are rounded up to the next whole minute.

Charges:-

Payphone Access is Unavailable from Toll Free numbers

Taxes and other charges –17.5 % VAT is already included in the Tariffs

Connection fee: None

Sometimes, however, your mobile service provider might levy additional charges on your account for using this service on your mobile phone. Please check with your mobile service provider to understand their cost.

Refunds:-

Glocal Meet reserves the right to close an account with a customer for any reason, and subject to clauses mentioned below, will return credit unused at that time.

Please note that all refunds are subject to the deduction of Administration charges irrespective the amount of refund claimed.

The account expires in 60 days from the date of purchase of the account or from the date of recharge of the account. If not recharged within 60 days the account gets expired and shall not be refunded.

Glocal Meet reserves the right to use an alternative payment method where necessary. Any bonus or promotional credit entered on an account shall be non-refundable.

Any refund request from a customer about the quality and fitness of service shall be declined which is covered in ‘No Warranties’ sections of terms and conditions.

For the avoidance of doubts, no refunds shall be given for the services paid or credit acquired through vouchers or gift tokens.

Any abuse by you of the terms related relating to refunds hereunder shall lead to the termination of this Agreement.

Any requests for a refund should be directed to Glocal Meet Customer Service via email at topup@glocalmeet.com. Refund request carried out through other means shall not be eligible for the refund. Glocal Meet reserves the right to deny repetitive refund requests. Any abuse by you of the terms related or relating to refunds here under shall lead to the termination of this Agreement.

10. Undertaking, representation and covenants of the user: When using this Website, you expressly undertake, represents and covenants that you shall not:

10.1. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying this Web Site, including without limitation by means of "hacking" or defacing any portion of this Website;

10.2. Transmit any information or software that contains a virus, worm, time bomb, Trojan horse or other harmful or disruptive component;

10.3. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial or unlawful purposes, the Information or any portion thereof, your right to use this Website, or your right to access any services offered or made available on or through this Website.

10.4. Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in this Website or on any material downloaded from the Website;

10.5. Submit particulars that you do not have the right or authority to submit under any law or any contractual or fiduciary relationship (such as trade secrets and confidential information);

10.6. Post or transmit to or from this Website any unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, hateful or other similar material;

10.7. Use the Website to conduct, or solicit the performance of, any unlawful activity or other activity which infringes the rights of others;

10.8. Interfere with or disrupt (e.g. through “denial of service” attack of any kind) the Website or any services provided thereon or thereby, or any servers or networks connected to the Website, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected with the Website;

10.9. Frame or mirror any part of the Website without Glocal Meet’s prior written authorization;

10.10. Use any robot, spider, scraper, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine," or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Website or the Information provided on this Website, without our written authorization; or

10.11. Violate any law, regulation or contract.

10.12. You will not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity, or misrepresent the origin of any content posted on or distributed through the Site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Glocal Meet, its affiliates and any of its and their directors, employees, advisors, suppliers, advertisers, agents or sponsors harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from

11. NO WARRANTIES

Glocal Meet does not make or express any warranty regarding the Glocal Meet services and disclaim any implied warranty, including any warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness; however Glocal Meet shall endeavour to provide Glocal Meet services with minimum disruption. Glocal Meet cannot guarantee that the Glocal Meet services will always function without disruptions, delays or other imperfections and Glocal Meet may choose not to provide service to countries or calling areas at its sole discretion.
